Refund policy

No Exchanges/Refunds. (Unless stolen or lost) if stolen, then I will need proof of the product being taken, otherwise the package being stolen is on you because you are responsible once the package is delivered. 
If there is physical damage to the product then contact me at projectgold.lana@gmail.com or through social media with proof of damage no later than a week of receiving the product.
